A military base, some where in the Nevada dessert, a commander addresses a small squad of elite commandos

Commander: Okay I know you’re all fresh outta boot. BUT I know you all can carry out this assignment. Remember this is CLASSIFIED; you get your briefings in the chopper so go
the soldiers salute then march out
Soldier1: Well this is gonna be easy
Soldier2: Yeah but I just hope I get to kill me something
Soldier3: I heard that
Soldier4: There’s only five of us, man, this must be a training ex or something
Soldier5: Hey, the more we do the better we are
Soldier1: There’s always one person who LIKES training exes
they board the chopper and take off. Destination: Classified

Regina’s house: 09:00 hours

It’s a quiet day with the occasional breeze gently swaying the tops of the trees and birds singing.

 

Heavy machine gun fire
Raptor: You like it?
Aeris: Yeah, thanks dad
She kisses him on the nose
Raptor: Happy first birthday Aeris
Regina: Well a year old and I must say I’m impressed Aeris, You’d make the perfect one woman army
She hands her a fresh ammo case
Aeris: Thanks mum
She reloads in six seconds flat
Raptor: She’s beaten your best time
Regina: Well she is our daughter, so she’s gotta be quick. Well I gotta finish my work on my gun ok

She goes back into the house while Raptor and Aeris put their ear muffs back on
Raptor: Go for it
Aeris fires again. No one noticed the squad of commandos arriving in a chopper then marching on foot and taking up positions out side Regina’s back garden
Soldier1: (gets on radio) Sir we are at location sir
Voice: Good now capture and secure
Soldier1: Sir
He takes a sniper rifle and takes aim
Aeris: This gun is great!
Raptor: I thought you’d like it
from out of no where a bullet hits Raptor in the leg, he shrieks in pain as he falls to the floor
Aeris: DAD!!!
She runs to him but was grabbed by a commando
Raptor: AERIS!!!!!
He fires a plasma cannon hitting one of the commandos in the chest
Soldier3: UGH!!!!!!!
He falls to the floor
Soldier2: GO GO GO!!!!
They jump over the wall and a few seconds later a chopper fly’s over head,
Regina funs out with her gun and fires
Raptor: DON’T SHOOT!!!!!!!! They got Aeris
Regina: What happened?
Raptor tells her and tears swell up in her eyes, he tries to stand but falls back down
Soldier3: ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Regina puts her gun to his face
Regina: Talk or die
Raptor crawls over
Soldier3: Then you’ll have to kill me then
Raptor: Guess who hasn’t eaten breakfast yet
Bites hard onto the commandos leg
Soldier3: ARGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH OKAY I’LL TALK I’LL TALK
Raptor releases his jaws
Soldier3: They’ve taken her to a military base in Nevada that’s all I know
Raptor closes in to bite again
Soldier3: That’s all I know I swear, I swear
Raptor backs away and Regina ties the commando up, after bandaging his bitten leg then tends to Raptors leg
Regina: It’s a clean exit, you’re lucky
bandages his leg up
Raptor: I’ve been shot before and never felt lucky about it
Regina: We need help
Raptor: Get on the phone to the other interviewers; I just hope they can help
Regina: Yeah so do I
Picks up the phone and dials

Jason's House 09:30 hours

Jason picks up the phone
Jason: Hello?
Regina: Jason, I'm so glad you picked up!
Jason: Sorry, I was in the middle of Toonami. What's up?
Regina: Some kind of soldiers swooped in, shot Raptor, and kidnapped Aeris! We got one of the soldiers, but all he'll say is they took Aeris to some place in Nevada!
Jason: WHAT?! Geez, after that whole incident with Falz and Slippy, I was hoping we'd be done for a while! Okay, whatever you do, don't let that soldier go, I'm on my way, I'll bring Julie too, she's getting really good with a rocket launcher.
Regina: Please hurry!

Regina’s house 09:32 hours

Regina puts the phone down

Regina: That’s good to hear
Raptor: Some ones gonna help us?
Regina: Uh huh
She changes the blood soaked bandage on Raptor's leg
Raptor: Why would they want Aeris?
Regina: I can only think of one thing
Raptor: Which is?
Regina: Aeris's growth, a year old, looks like an adult and can hit a man size target at 200 meters
Raptor: That'd make one hell of a soldier
Regina: Yeah, we just got to wait for Jason to drop by, he said he's bringing Julie and DON'T let that commando go ok
Raptor: Right

Raptor limps to a chair and sits opposite the commando staring into his eyes
Regina: You want anything?
Raptor: Aeris back in our house, away from that scum
Regina: Yeah, I know
Raptor: Well my friend, did they tell you about Aeris parents?
Soldier3: Not really
Raptor: I'm one of them
Soldier3: oh so that explains the scales
Regina: yeah and I’m her mother
Soldier3: the weapons
Regina: uh huh
Raptor: Well we got a lot of time, so stat talking
Soldier3: And why would I want to do that?
Regina: Raptor still hasn’t eaten and I’m losing my patience

Raptor: Remember Jason’s coming down

Aeris was marched in
Soldier1: That was easy
Soldier2: yeah, but we lost one man though
He grabs Aeris's right hand and literally throws her into a cell and feels something sharp rip into this hand

His hand was cut but Aeris's long claw like nails
Soldier2: you little.........
Commander: Stand down
He looks at Aeris then the commandos
Commander: Well done soldiers you've got a weeks leave, and you see the medic
they salute and walk off
Commander: (turns towards Aeris and looks into her eyes) remarkable, only a year old and is one of the best killers. Oooooh I cant wait to clone you my pretty

As he walks off Aeris lies on the floor and cries

Butterfly Girl sits at her desk turns on her computer and gets a reminder.
Computer: Hello. Remember, today is Aeris' first birthday.
BG: Let's see, what time is it there? Hmmmm… They'll be awake.
She picks up the phone and makes a call to Raptor

Regina: (Holding back the tears) H-hello?
BG: Hi. Would it be possible to talk to Aeris?
Regina: (Breaks down in tears) No. Aeris...
BG: What happened? I'm sorry I'm so clueless, but did something happen between you and Raptor? Oooooh, I'll kill him if he did anything that would hurt either one of you.
Regina: Aeris has been kidnapped. All we know is that she's been taken somewhere in Nevada.
Raptor: (Over heard shouting at some one) What do you mean by that? You really took a mission without knowing ANYTHING about it?
BG: I'll be over. Let me find my stilettos. I wanna have a talk with whomever you caught.
Regina: Practicing your English more, huh?
BG: Yep. Must speak proper English, while the little people are learning more about Communication. It's soooooooooo much fun.
Regina: Well, I guess we'll wait for you. Jason will be there too.
BG: Don't let him have all the fun. Tell him to leave something for me.

Regina’s house 13:32 hours

The soldier starts squirming and wriggling
Regina: The ropes are to tight for that, remember I work for the government I am trained in this type of stuff

Soldier3: Its not that, I need the bathroom

Regina unties him and puts him in an arm lock
Regina: Just to make sure you don’t try and run off

She notices the blooded bandage from when Raptor "interrogated" him
Regina: Point taken
Raptor: Hurry ok as Jason and BG are coming down
with in 5 minutes they're back and Regina finishes tying the soldier up again
Soldier3: Whoa!
Regina: Huh?
Soldier3: That weapons locker, I’ve never seen so many guns
He looks at the two Uzis and the heavy machine gun all the guns fully loaded
Soldier3: Wasn't that girl using that heavy machine gun?
Raptor: Yeah it WAS a birth day present
Soldier: I see
Regina opens her locker and gets her guns out
Soldier3: uh oh
Regina: Don’t worry we need you alive
Raptor: If you cross us you can forget worm food, you're dino food
Soldier3: eep
Regina: We just have to wait for our back up to arrive

Hidden base: Nevada 14:24 hours

The commander storms into the science lab
Commander: How much longer?
Scientist: I have to get the equipment ready, how’s the specimen?
The commander looks into a CCTV monitor, and sees Aeris still on the floor, asleep a single tear runs down her cheek
Commander: She cried herself to sleep
Scientist: Okay, so you just want her cloned?
Commander: NO! I want her DNA cloned
Scientist: May I ask why?
Commander: That’s need to know
Scientist: Let me guess, I don’t need to know
the commander walks out
Scientist: Why did I sign up for this?

Regina’s house 15:00 hours

Raptor’s leg is still bleeding heavily, he starts feeling dizzy
Raptor: Hon I’m gonna lie down for a bit ok?
Regina notices his scales have gone off colour
Regina: Honey? You okay?
He looks at her, his eyes barely able to keep open
Regina: Oh my god
He faints, falling off the chair onto the floor
Regina: RAPTOR!!!!!!!
Regina runs over to him and feels for his pulse, with tears on her eyes she sighs as there is a faint pulse
Soldier3: is he?
Regina: No
She struggles trying to put him on the sofa, her hand brushes the bandage on his leg, she screams as her hand is covered in blood
Regina: No please no, Rap please, don’t die on me
Soldier3: Untie me
Regina looks at him
Regina: you try anything funny and I’ll kill you right here right now
She pulls a knife from her belt and throws it
CLUNK!!!
The knife hits the ropes on his legs, cutting them
Regina: Now help me
The soldier unties the ropes and helps Regina lift Raptor onto the sofa
Soldier: This guys heavy
Regina grabs a med kit and starts patching Raptor up, then gives him a few litres of blood through a drip followed by a shot of adrenalin
Regina: That’s all I can do for him
She breaks down into tears
Soldier3: If I knew this was gonna happen I would have never taken this mission
Regina: Well it’s to late for that now
She sits next to Raptor stroking his neck with tears in her eyes
Regina: C’mon Rap, please, Aeris needs us

Regina’s house 15:49 hours

Butterfly Girl walks into Regina and Raptor's house, wearing a backpack and carrying an early Italian stiletto and wearing a pair of stilettos. She finds Raptor lying on the sofa with Regina sitting next to him.
BG: Awwww crap.
Soldier3: Who are you?
Regina: BG, help. I don't know what else to do.
BG: (points to soldier) You, get some more leverage on that leg. We need the blood to go away from that wound. Don't they teach you anything? And get some more pressure on it. I swear, they teach me more in Interviewer's training than they do for whatever you've gone through.
The soldier puts Butterfly Girl's backpack under Raptor's leg.
BG: Regina, everything's going to be all right. C'mon, I need your help. Don't go falling apart on me now. Someone's got to get Aeris back and deal with Raptor. ( she grins) You're the Interviewers' only hope.
Regina: (catching the joke BG made and laughing weakly) Don't go all Star Wars on me now.
BG: There. Now, deep breath. What else am I missing?
Regina: Okay, we've put pressure on his leg, elevated it, given him more blood...
BG: I got an idea. Raptor, there's a nice big juicy steak calling for you. Oh, and if you don't regain consciousness soon, you'll miss seeing me tear up some soldier body parts.
Soldier: Eep. Please, sir, regain consciousness soon. She's scary.
Butterfly Girl giggles

BG: He called me scary. Thank you.
Regina: You've just complimented her. That might give you a few more moments to live. She's very protective of Aeris. Or, you just might get to die with less torture.
Soldier: I like the living longer idea better.
BG: (mischievous grin)Are you sure about that? Regina, you better wash the blood off your hand. Oh, and get me some washcloths. We're probably going to need them.
Regina: What do you have in mind?
BG: Soldier, have you ever done surgery on a velociraptor before?
Raptor: And if he hasn't, he won't be any time soon.
Regina runs over to the couch and hugs him strongly. Jason walks in as Raptor starts to get up. Both Regina and BG push him back down.
Both women: Stay down!
Regina: It's too early for you to be moving around like that. You've lost a lot of blood.
Jason: It looks like a battleground happened here.
BG: Someone will have to stay behind when we leave. I really think Rap should stay here. I don't want him getting hurt more. Has anyone thought to see if Jolteon would be willing to watch him. Or maybe Amy would.
Jason: You know both of them would want to get the rest of the soldiers.
BG: (rubs hands together and reaches again for her stiletto) Which reminds me....

Regina: Wait BG, only he knows where they’re holding Aeris
BG: Ok, I’ll kill him later
Raptor: Regina, can you get off me please
Regina: How else am I going to hold you down?
Raptor: well (He grins)…………
BG: Oi you, none of that
Jason: Okay, so they got Aeris, but why?
Regina: I think it was for her DNA

BG: (to the soldier) where are they holding Aeris?
Soldier3: A hidden base in the Nevada dessert
as they where talking Raptor, very slowly stands up
Raptor: (the tingling gone from his foot) That’s better
BG: RAPTOR!!! YOU’RE MENT TO REST!!!!
Raptor: Those bastards have Aeris, I aint resting till shes back home
Regina: He gets protective about Aeris. Remember in Jason’s RPI? When we where in those tubes?
BG: No, I wasn’t there I was in a Gundam
Regina: Well Andross flooded them with poison gas. Aeris, being only small got effected first, Raptor went berserk and attacked Andross with all the claws he had.
BG: But if you don't lie back down, I'll tie you up!
Raptor: And I'll break loose of the bonds.
BG: Raptor, I know Aeris means that much to you, but do you REALLY think she wants to lose her dad that badly. She's probably missing you a whole lot right now. Believe me; I think she'd rather have you resting than running after her and possibly losing that much blood again, or even die. You've done enough scaring of us. So, don't make me get worried about you too even more.
Regina: I still don't think that's working.
Raptor is grabbing weapons while walking carefully. Blood is already running through the new bandages.
Soldier3: Sir, I think that the lady's right.
Jason: It isn't smart to call her a lady.
BG: I'll ignore it this time, only because he didn't know better.
Jason: So, if you could show us on a map where it is, you would be a great help.
Jason pulls out a map of Nevada.
Soldier: I couldn't show you on the map. I can't even read one.
Jason: And they let you be a soldier!
BG: I told you, oops, you weren't here. We have more training than they do. Must be so that we don't get so badly hurt and the fact that we're always in the hospital.
Raptor: Okay, I'm ready. Let's get this thing going.
BG: If you don't sit down RIGHT NOW, I'm going to make sure that you never stand up again.
Raptor sits down when he sees BG grab her stiletto and walk menacingly towards him.
Regina: Don't you threaten him like that.
BG: It was only to get him to sit down.
Raptor: Well, in that case.
Raptor gets up too quickly and begins to get dizzy.
BG: I rest my case. Do you want to be constantly doing this, or would you rather just rest? Here's the compromise, I'll let you drive the vehicle that gets Aeris out alive. How's that sound? Now, c'mon soldier boy, lead the way. And this knife is NOT leaving your back. Remember, Regina's got an Uzi trained on you and she's not afraid to use it.

Raptor: No compromises, I want my daughter back
BG: Damn you’re so stubben
Regina: (holds up a tranquiliser gun) Honey, you gotta rest on way or the other, I’m sorry
Raptor: you wont shoot, you want Aeris back more then I do and we’re gonna need every one.
Regina:………..
She puts the gun down
BG: Why didn’t you shoot?
Regina: He’s right, I do want Aeris back and we DO need every one
Raptor: This is a military base I bet its heavily fortified
Regina: Yeah, we would need a weapon more then a rocket launcher
Raptor: Will a Shockwave Pulsar do?
Regina: It’ll take a few hours to get to Nevada so rest on the way
Raptor: That’s not a problem
Soldier3: I know where the base is from the air but not on the map
Jason: Figures
Regina picks up a phone and calls one of her “old friends”
Regina: We need a pick up, and a large chopper… you know where?.. good
She hangs up
Regina: Ok choppers on its way
Raptor limps back to the sofa and lies down, Regina sits next to him stroking his neck again
Regina: Rap, are you sure you wanna do this?
Raptor: Uh huh, I want Aeris back
A tear forms in his eye. Regina sighs and kisses him
Regina: We ALL want Aeris back
A few minutes later three large Black Hawk choppers land in their back garden
Regina: Lets go
Raptor limps slowly towards the chopper, he grits his teeth. Regina puts her body next to him and puts his arm over her shoulder to support him
Raptor: I’m ok
BG: No you’re not
Raptor: I will be when we destroy that base
Regina: I got dibs on the commander
Jason: Shouldn’t we wait for the others?

Regina looks at her watch
Regina: Okay they've got an hour

Regina’s house 16:21 hours

As the group waits beside the Black Hawk helicopter, a car pulls up
BG: (Curiously) I know that car.
Regina: Really? Whose is it?
BG: Hayden's.
Raptor: Now, BG, I know the two of you have had dealings in the past, but please be nice to him. If he's here to help, we could use him.
BG: Oh, it's not like that...
Hayden gets out of his car carrying a duffel bag full of something heavy and metal. He's wearing an outfit that makes him look like Brendan Fraser in the Mummy.
Hayden: Actually, she called me.
BG: And you said you couldn't make it.
Hayden: I didn't think I could, but I pulled a few strings at work and they let me go. Voila, here I am.
BG: (under her breath) Aren't we lucky.
Jason: Nice to see you here, Hayden.
BG: (coldly) Yeah, right.
Regina: (whispering to Raptor) What's with these two? It's not often that I've seen this from BG.
Raptor: (whispering back) I don't know, but it's probably better if we don't ask.
Jason: Well we have a little more time before Raptor's hour is up. Why don't you show us what's in the bag, Hayden.
Hayden sets the bag on the deck of the Black Hawk and opens it up.
Hayden: It's my blade collection. They won't help me much when I'm in blue dragon mode, but that doesn't mean I can't loan some of them out. Where are we going again?
Jason: A military base in the Nevada desert. That soldier over by BG tells us he can't find it on my map here, but he will know it when he sees it from the air.
Hayden: Well, Nevada's a pretty big place. It could take a while to search the entire state from the air...
BG: You let us worry about that, blue boy.
Hayden: (smirks) You hate me. I knew it.
BG: (angrily) STOP SAYING THAT! You know I will if you keep that up!
Hayden: (smiles at the soldier) Sorry, if I'd known she had a knife to your back...
Soldier3: (in pain) Don't mention it.
BG: (evil grin) You know with him here provoking me, you could be in for a world of hurt. This should be fun.
Raptor: Thanks for answering the call, Hayden. This means a lot to us.
Hayden: You can thank me when we get your daughter back.

Regina:  Hayden, would it be all right if I got a look at your blades?
Hayden: Just keep BG away from them. She likes to throw stuff.
Jason: I think she's having too much fun with her stiletto. Where'd you get it anyway?
BG: Need you ask? Who else would remember me working a stiletto?
Hayden: I don't want to hear about this.
BG: (giggling) I'm not asking for you to listen.
Raptor: Are we going to have to listen to this the whole way?
Soldier3: Only if she stops digging that knife into my back.
Regina: BG, be careful. We need him alive.
Hayden: Should I take that away from you?
BG: Touch it and die.
Jason: I'd be afraid to touch it with that threat.
Hayden: And the shoes make a nice touch.
BG: Yeah, I can always use them at a moment's notice. They make just as good a weapon.
Regina: I think you two should be separated.
Raptor: Or we put you in separate ends of the copter.
Jason: And I thought you two were getting along again.
BG: Well, if he hadn't shot me with that darned amulet...
Hayden: (grinning wickedly) Like this.
Raptor: No teasing.
BG: He sent me to the hospital.
Hayden: (defensive) It wasn't on purpose! Ravyn told me to aim at something. I aimed at Fox. I didn't know you'd get in the way.
BG: And I accepted your apology. Hey, I called you. If I was really pissed at you, I would have just ignored the fact that you would stand up for Aeris.
Raptor: So, she's not pissed at him.
Soldier3: Are we waiting for anyone else to show up? Or are we going?

Raptor looks at the blood soaked bandage on his leg then he whispers something to Regina
Regina: Hon, are you sure about that?
Raptor: Yeah
Regina: It WILL hurt, and I can’t tranquilise you
Raptor: Its ok I can take it, I just need to stop the blood
BG: What’s going on?
Regina: Raptor’s just asked me to stitch his wound
Hayden: Is that a good idea?
Regina: Well the equipments here but I can’t tranquilise him
BG: Why not?
Raptor: I’d take several hours to recover and I’d still be at half strength
BG: Okay so you couldn’t break the door down then
Raptor: Yeah
Raptor lies down inside the Black Hawk while Regina sets herself up
Regina: Okay hon brace your self
She moves towards him while every one else goes out side*
Regina: here
She places a piece of thick rope in his mouth
Raptor: What is this for?
Regina: Bite on it, it’ll help
He bites down, Regina sighs and puts ear muffs on
Regina: Here we go
Outside the Black Hawk
BG: I hope raptor wasn’t serous about Regina stitching him up
Loud high pitched screech cracking the glass windows
Hayden: He was serous
They place there hands on their ears as Raptor screeched again
Jason: OW!!!!!!! MY EARS!!!!!!!
A few minutes later Regina walks out, takes of the blood covered surgical gloves and removing her ear muffs
Regina: He’s ok, I’ve done the best I can but I told him NOT to run as it could burst the stitches
BG: Sounds sensible
She looks in the Black Hawk to see Raptor picking pieces of rope out of his teeth and his leg in another bandage
Regina: He’s in a lot of pain at the moment
Hayden: (looking) He seems fine to me
Regina: Emotional pain
Hayden: Aeris?
Regina: Yeah (she sighs) we both want her back

BG wraps her free arm around Regina's shoulder.
Hayden: We'll get her back. These guys will regret ever having done this.
BG: Hayden, you definitely said that right.
Jason: Well, how much longer do we have to wait? I want to get on the road.
Regina: Only a few more minutes. You never know who'll pop in.
Raptor: And I hope it happens soon.
BG: Rap, why don't you get some rest on the way? I'm just worried about your leg.
Raptor: I'll be fine. I just don't run.
Hayden: I wouldn't jump too much either. Regina: I'm so ready to get going.
BG: So am I.
An arwing lands behind Hayden's car.
Raptor: Is that Kayn?
Falco jumps out
Falco: I heard the news. So, I decided to join..
Jason: How’s Katt?
Falco: Shes gorgeous as always and she wants a baby.
Regina: Give her to me for a day. I'll let her listen to all my pregnancy stories.
Falco: Do you think that'll work?
Regina: Maybe.
Raptor: Then I recommend you avoid Jacuzzis and other interesting spots like that.
BG: Basically, you can't have a whole evening from it.
Falco: Fine.
Hayden: Pull extra hours.
Falco: Oh, so you and Deed can be together more?
Butterfly Girl laughs

Hayden: (grins) Of course.
Raptor: Well, you heard the warnings from me.
Jason: Well, are we ready yet?

Commander: So, soldiers, why did you lose one of your men? I assumed you knew that you were to shoot any team-mates that would be hostages.
Soldier1: Sir, he's a velociraptor. I assumed that he'd destroy him.
Soldier2: (under his breath) Craig was the littlest of us all and he had the most conscience. I'm going to miss the boy.
Commander: Well, all of you will now have to stay here longer, in case he's actually alive.
Soldier4: Sir, do we still get television access on our breaks?
Commander: No. There is no access to television wire on this base. That's how it's stayed top secret.
Scientist: Sir, the patient is waking up.
On a small screen, Aeris is seen rubbing her eyes. She looks around lost until she remembers why she's there.
Aeris: Let me out! I'll make sure you regret this. Mom! Dad! Help me!
Suddenly she falls quiet.
Soldier1: And who gets first watch?
Commander: Thank you for volunteering. Here are your schedules. There will be no changes. Now, execute them

Aeris walks around her cell looking for weaknesses in the walls
Soldier1: Great, out of all the jobs, I have to baby sit
Soldier2: What was that beam of light that hit Craig?
Soldier1: One of Raptors attacks
Banging sound on the cell door
Soldier2: What the hell?
Soldier1: It’s just that girl. SHUT UP!!!!!!!!
Aeris kicks the door harder
Soldier1: That kids getting on my nerves
He opens the door and gets greeted by Aeris’s razor sharp nails lunged at his face
Soldier1: fu…..
He soldier slams the door and Aeris screams in pain
Soldier2: What happened?
He looks through the monitor and sees Aeris holding her wrist in pain
Soldier2: You’ve done her wrist in
Sodlier1: Good, teach her to attack me then
Aeris sits down back against the wall tears in her eyes holding her swollen right wrist
Soldier5: What happened?
Soldier1: She tried to attack me
Aeris: (sobbing) dad will kill you
Soldier1: Not if I shoot him first

Regina’s house

Raptor: Damn it I can’t wait any longer
Regina: We have to, any one might come down you know
Raptor: (to the soldier) You do know that when we go back they’ll try and kill you
Soldier3: I know they will, but it’s a chance I’m willing to take
Raptors sitting by one of the side guns lining the sights up, Regina sits beside him and strokes down his back
Regina: Hon you’re meant to rest
He looks at her with his red glowing eyes
Regina: Oh so that’s it, you want to go and kick some arse huh?
Raptor: Uh huh
Jason: Isn’t he in pain?
Regina: When raps mad his eyes go red and he blanks out the pain through rage

Regina starts the Black Hawks engines, as the rota blades get up to speed another two Black Hawks land
Raptor: Who the?
Regina: Friends
A squad of commandos jump out and Regina salutes them
Regina: Glad you could make it
Raptor: Who are they?
Regina: This is Jax, Jake, Lee and Hudson
Raptor: Only four?
Jake: There where five of us, Regina
Raptor: I see so this was your former unit then?
Regina: Yup
Jax: So when we all get together and bust some skulls?
Regina: In about ten minutes

Regina’s polishing the barrel of her shot gun while the team of commandos are sorting out tactics
Raptor: I don’t care how we do it as long as we get Aeris back alive
Regina: Hon you REALLY need to rest
She grabs him and basically forces him down

Regina: Sorry hon but you need to rest that leg and get your strength back
He sighs and nods
Regina: Good
She leans over and kisses him

The commander burst into the lab
Commander: Are you ready yet?
Scientist: Give me a few more minutes
Commander: You said that an hour ago, I want to get that girl back into a secure area
Scientist: Well rushing me wont help
The commander pulls a gun out and points it to the scientists head
Commander: Work faster
Scientist: You’re insane
Commander: Maybe and if you don’t work faster you’re dead

Jax: Okay you know the plan?
Commandos: Sir yes sir
Jax: Regina? We’re ready
BG: What about him?
She jesters to the soldier
Regina: release him
BG: ………
Regina: DO IT!!!!!
BG takes the knife away from his back
Regina: Jax, give him a weapon
BG: are you mad?
Regina: No he’s gonna help us, but be warned soldier if you turn against us I’ll shoot you
Soldier3: It’s Craig
Regina: Okay Craig but you understand what I said

Jax chucks him a large assault rifle
Hayden: So where you guys from?
Jake: SAS
Regina: Ahh the memories of the times we all had, the missions then the fun and games on the assault course

Regina giggles
Falco: What record?
Regina: I was the fastest on the assault course
Falco: Damn
Regina: Five minutes till dust off, get the engines hot
The black hawks engines start up. Regina sits next to a sleeping Raptor and gently strokes down the side of his neck

Regina looks at her watch and sighs

Jax takes one last drag of his cigarette then throws it down

BG: I still don’t trust Craig
Regina: We need all the help we can get
Falco: Oh boy, time for action

Regina: Jason, man the left gun
She moves to the right mini gun

Regina: I’m more trained and I want to be on the same side as Raptor

The scientist finishes the programme on the computer
Scientist: Okay, finished
Commander: Excellent
Scientist: All I need is a tissue sample
Commander: That shouldn’t be hard to get
He radios Soldier1
Soldier1: Sir, I’m not opening her cell, she just attacked me
Commander: I need a tissue sample
Soldier1: Like what sir?
Commander: A strand of hair, bit of skin
Soldier1: (looks at the door) Will a scale do sir?
The commander turns to the scientist
Scientist: Yeah
Commander: Bring it here
The soldier takes the scale and places it in a small bag
Soldier1: Keep watch
As he marches to the commander a couple of helicopters land and a large squad of about 30 to 40 soldiers jump out
Soldier1: Ah the re-enforcements have arrived

After about a day’s flight all the crew on the helicopters are to say the least a bit restless

Regina: Okay Craig, where do we go?
He looks out of the side window
Craig: Those large rocks then go to the east thirty degrees
Regina: Hang on Aeris we’re coming

Scientist: That scale was useless, get a strand of hair

Soldier1: Sir
He walks off very annoyed

After about twenty minutes more Craig looks out again
Craig: There, there it is
The Black Hawks advance slowly and Regina looks at the base with the inferred sight of her PSG1 sniper rifle
Regina: Okay I see, Anti Aircraft guns, 4 guard towers….Oh my god
BG: What?
Regina: 4 Black Hawks
BG: So?
Regina: And 40 marines
Every one: Eep
Regina spots something then.......
Regina: AERIS!!!
Raptor wakes up
Raptor: Where?
Regina: At least it looks like her
Raptor: WHERE!!!
Grabs some IR binoculars
Regina: left structure
He looks
Raptor: I can see something, it looks like Aeris’s shape but I cant really tell, but who’s that with her?
They see some one HIT the small shape
Regina: That guy is SO dead

The soldier lifts Aeris’s head up and slaps her again
Aeris: (sobs)
Soldier1: Shut up!!!!
Goes to hit her again
Aeris: (lets out a high pitched Raptor type shriek)
Soldier1: (Covers his ears) Arrrrrrrggghhhh
She lunges her right hand (which is still broken but has the claw like nails on) at him, slicing into his stomach
Soldier1: ARRRRRGGGHHHH!!!!
He runs out slamming the door behind him
Aeris: Please mum, dad help me
Holds her still broken wrist in pain and cries

Raptor suddenly flinches
Regina: What is it? Your leg hurting?
Raptor: Worse
Regina: Huh?
Raptor: Aeris just shrieked
Regina: I didn’t know she could so that
Raptor: Shes half Raptor
Regina: Shes in big trouble then

BG: And what would cause her to scream like that? Hey, Hayden, could borrow one of your blades?
Hayden: I said no before.
BG: C'mon, I just wanna use it on whoever made Aeris scream like that?
Hayden: Fine, then. Which do you want?
BG: Not the one I sliced you with. I wouldn't want to insult it.
Raptor: Just choose one and hurry up!
Hayden hands her one without even looking.
BG: Ummm, no.
Regina: AND why not?
Hayden looks at it and quickly puts it back. He then hands her a different blade.
BG: Thanks.
Raptor: We gotta get her away from there
Jax: As soon as we move they’ll get us on radar
Regina: Then we’ll go on foot
The black hawks land and they all jump out
Hudson: well they wont be needing this
Grabs the mini gun
Regina: talk about gun happy
Raptor: Like some one else I know
Looks at Regina
Regina: None of that. Let’s get Aeris back
Craig: Hold on a sec...
Grabs the m60 and hands Jax back his assault rifle
Regina: Sheesh, boys and their toys

They jog towards the base

Soldier1: That little bitch. I'm going to get her for that one.
Commander: That will not happen.
Soldier1: And why not? Look at what she did to me.
Shows bloody claw marks across his stomach.
Scientist: Did you get the hair sample I requested?
Another soldier: Here sir. It was in my hand as we put her back to her cell.

Hands him a strand of Aeris’s long green hair
Scientist: Excellent. Now I can begin work right away.

Hidden Base: Main gate

Regina looks at the mail gate
Regina: Your call honey (kisses him on the nose) do your thing
Raptor looks at the large gate blocking the entrance and takes a deep breath
Regina: You ready?
Raptor: Get your guns on that gate
He slams his 6 inch foot claws into the ground and charges
Regina: Get ready
They all load their guns

BG: Why hasn’t he fired?
Regina: New attack, he will hold his power, keep on building it until it’s at full strength
The ground starts rumbling and Raptor throws his head back, opens his mouth showing a spinning ball of pure energy building up
Craig: This is gonna be very loud
Jax: Yeah but also very messy
Raptor: Shockwave……….
Regina: (whispering) go for it
Raptor throws his head forward
Raptor:…………PULSAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A large beam of bright light streaks toward the main gate
Regina: Get ready…..
Raptor: Shockwave………PULSAR!!!!!!!!!
Jax: Oh my god. How much power is behind that?
Regina: To much. Rap, STOP!!!!!
Raptor: SHOCKWAVE!!!...............PULSAR!!!!!!!!!!
The main gate is hit by all three shots and crumbles, Raptor gasps for breath as the marines pour out guns blazing
Regina: Get down
She grabs her husband and drags him down
Jax: FIRE!!!!!!!
All the guns start firing

Regina: Damn it, they got us pinned in here
Bullets zip over head
Hayden: My call
Transforms into a dragon
Regina: Whoa!!!
Hayden spreads his wings and takes off
Raptor: Hold up
Jumps onto his back
Regina: Honey? What are you doing?
Raptor: Get me inside
Hayden flies towards the base, bullets zipping around him
Regina: They need covering fire
Draws out Aeris’s Uzis and fires them, the marines duck for cover and Regina suppresses them with a constant stream of bullets
Craig: Try this
Fires the mini gun at the marines
Marine: FALL BACK!!!!
They retreat inside
Jax: MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!
As the rescue team advances, Haden drops raptor off on the roof
Raptor: Thanks mate
Hayden: Watch your self
Raptor kicks down the door and moves slowly into the building
Soldier: (heard from below) C’mon we need to get that girl out of here
Raptor snarls and charges up
Commander: (on radio) get that Chinook started up, I want a full Apache escort, we’ll shoot at them from the air

A massive fire fight is kicking up
Jax: Use small bursts, save your ammo
Craig: I’m almost out of ammo here
Regina: I get the feeling this is to easy
All the soldiers start running to the back of the base
Regina: Something’s wrong

Raptor creeps towards the cells and looks through a CCTV monitor. He looks then spots Aeris asleep then goes towards her cell and opens the door trying not to make any noise
Raptor: (whispers) Aeris? Aeris wake up
He gently shakes her

Aeris: Uhhhhhhhhhhhh
Raptor: Shhhhhh it’s me
Aeris wakes up and hugs her dad strongly
Raptor: C’mon lets get out of here
He re-charges and tries to run with Aeris
Raptor: Damn this wound
As they turn the corner…
Soldeir1: Where do you think you’re going?
Shoots at Aeris
Raptor: AERIS!!!!
Dives in the way and takes the bullet
Raptor: ugh!!!.....Seismic…. BLAST!!!!

Jax: There running, WE GOT THEM ON THE RUN!!!
WHOOOOMMM!!!!
A building is seen falling down
Regina: RAPTOR!!!!

They all run and see raptor lying on the floor with Aeris crying next to him
Regina: RAPTOR!!!!!
Raptor: (weakly) H-hi honey
She checks him over
Regina: He burst the stitches and taken a bullet to the chest
Aeris: That bullet was meant for me (Tears form in her eyes) Is daddy going to be ok?
Jax: Raptor, lie still, if we get him into the chopper, we can fly him to hospital
Regina: Ok but how? We can’t lift him, it might make it worse
Raptor: Am… I… gonna.. die?
Regina:………. (starts crying)
Hayden: If its one thing I can’t stand to see is women crying
He transforms back into his dragon form again and picks raptor up with ease then takes off
BG: C’mon we can follow them in the black hawk
Regina: yeah (she sniffs) but first, I just gotta do something
She starts setting C4 around the base, as she turns to leave there is a loud scream
Voice: STOP OR THE GIRL GETS IT!!!
The commander walks out with a gun to Aeris’s head
Regina: AERIS!!!
Just then, it hits her
Regina: Aeris?
Looks beside her and sees…Aeris?
BG: If that’s Aeris, then….who’s that?
Commander: Do you really think I would put the real Aeris in her cell?
Regina: No wonder it was so easy
Commander: The Aeris next to you is an exact duplicate of your daughter
Aeris clone: Mum? What’s he on about? Who’s he holding there?
Regina: ……………….
BG: so that’s what you where working on, you sick bastard
Aeris looks at her mother then winks to her but also the clone catches on
Regina: (thinks for a second for a distraction) so if this is a clone she must also be my blood as well
Commander: ummmmmmm…. never thought of that, she has Aeris memories and her abilities…………..
Just then the clone grabs Regina’s gun and fires
Regina: NOOOOOOOOOOO!
Aeris ducks at the last moment and the commander was hit. He falls to the floor and Aeris runs to her mother and hugs her then Regina notices Aeris’s broken wrist
Regina: Oh my poor baby, what have they done to you?
She hugs her again
Regina: What are we going to do about this clone?
She sees Aeris and the clone looking at each other
Regina: There identical
Just then the REAL Aeris extends the nails on her right hand and Regina notices the clones right arm is human but the left is scaled and with the claw like nails which also extend, also the clones eyes are a light red colour
Regina: Well, we can tell the difference between them
BG: So that are you gonna do about the clone? Kill her?
Regina: No, after all she is my flesh and blood. I can’t just kill her
BG: How’d you work that out?
Regina: She was made with Aeris’s DNA, that’s the result of Raptor, and my DNA combined but also what the clone has. She has Aeris’s knowledge, she sees me as her mother and Raptor as her father.
BG: I see, so shes basically Aeris’s sister?
Regina: Yup. Raptor fainted when I told him I was pregnant, how will I tell him we have two kids?
BG: you’ll find a way, but what are you going to call her?
Regina: Dunno, I think we’ll do what we did for Aeris, ask every one

Starwing A&E: 10:00 hours Next day
----

Raptor is lying in bed with Regina next to him, he is attached to a few drips
Regina: A few more days and you can come home
Raptor smiles and Regina kisses him on the nose
Raptor: How’s Aeris? Is her arm ok now?
Regina: I got some thing to tell you about Aeris ummmmmmm…. Well you see
Raptor: Just spit it out
Regina: Well….
Just then Butterfly girl walks in, with Jason and two girls. The girls jump onto Raptors bed and kiss him

Both Girls: Hi dad
Raptor: Hi Aeris… Aeris? Two Aeris’s? What the……….
Regina: That’s what I was trying to tell you, Aeris was cloned; now we have two kids to raise
Raptor: T-t-t-t-wo kids?
Faints
BG: Well, you’ve told him
Regina: Yeah and he fainted, again
Raptor slowly comes round
Raptor: Two kids?
Regina: Yeah
She kisses him
Raptor: (sighs) I’m gonna have to ask the boss for overtime

Jason: I just see one more problem here.
Regina: What's that?
Jason: Shouldn't they have different names?
BG: Whaddya mean?
Jason: Well, say Regina calls Aeris, and both of them come barrelling down the hall.
Regina: I see your point.
BG: Looks like we'll just have to have another name session at Starwing HQ.
Jason: Oh! I almost forgot! Since technically it's BOTH of their birthdays today.
Jason pulls out two laser guns. He hands one to each Aeris.
Jason: Don't have to worry about ammo with those

Both Aeris's take the lasers
Both Aeris's: Thanks Uncle Jason
Then the real Aeris gives her sister the gun
Real Aeris: I like my Uzis better, so now we have two guns each

They both giggle
Regina: So BG?
BG: Yeah?
Regina: How'd u feel about baby sitting BOTH our children?
BG: When do I start?
